Randy LeBlanc is a lifelong resident of Waltham with decades of service to the community. A recipient of the 2016 Local Community Hero Award, Randy is third-generation Waltham native. As a homeowner, taxpayer, small business owner, husband and father, Randy brings his business experience, values, and deep love for the community to serve Waltham.
In January, Randy was appointed new interim councilor at-large, following a vacancy on the Waltham City Council.
He has previously served on the city’s Community Preservation Committee and as the co-chair of the Inflow and Infiltration Committee, and currently serves as the co-chair for the city’s FOG Ordinance Advisory Council. Randy is a former member of the Downtown Waltham Partnership board, and is a current and active member of both the Waltham West Suburban Chamber of Commerce and the French American Victory Club.
Randy’s activity in the community goes far beyond this service. He has spent many seasons coaching Waltham youth hockey and the Prospect Hill ski team, and he himself has been a participant in every Waltham RAW series road races. Randy even maintains a garden plot at the Waltham Fields Community Garden.
For over 20 years, Randy LeBlanc has owned and operated LeBlanc Mechanical, a residential and commercial heating and air conditioning service and installation in Waltham. As a small business owner, Randy has a first-hand understanding of the needs of the town and the resources required to support a thriving local business economy.
Randy has volunteered his professional expertise to help the community, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Minuteman Technical High School, the Waltham Boys and Girls Club, Waltham Fields Community Farm, and others.
Randy and his wife Tiffany live in the home they own in Waltham with their three children – Ava, Nina, and Oscar.
